The "Lightning Count" Zechs Marquise is a very honorable man and a brave one as well. He is a military hero, and had the highest scores in the history of the Special's Lake Victoria Military Academy. This highly decorated soldier has a secret though. He's the son of the late King Peacecraft. He hides his true identity behind his mask, secretly plotting revenge on the Alliance Military for there unjustified destruction of the Cinq Kingdom. Under the orders of Treize Khushrenada they plan some internal unrest but it becomes obvious that they have very different agendas. Along with all this bloody turmoil in his life, Milliardo also has a sister to look after.
